Derby Festé
Friday 23rd - Saturday 24th September 2011
Derby Festé is back! The two-day festival in September presents a selection of exceptional entertainment across the city for the whole family.
Derby Festé 2011 will see the return of Spanish street arts company Sarruga, as they present Peixos (The Fish), transforming the city centre, using music, sound, light and special effects, into a vivid and spectacular seabed of giant illuminated fish and creatures from the deep.
Sarruga presented the breathtaking Dragons in 2007 and Insects in 2008. Be sure to follow their parade towards a fantastic finale on Cathedral Green.
Join us for amusement, enjoyment and delight, as Derby becomes a playground for the whole family. Visit the website for details of all events.
