Charity Weekend Art Auction
Various Subism artists
Venue: QUAD Gallery
Date: Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th February 2009
On the Saturday, Subism artists spent the day drawing live in the QUAD Gallery producing outstanding pieces of work. Artists included: Julie West, Mr Penfold, Phill Blake, Debra Yates, Paint Jerms, Rootz, Deus, Rocket 01, Faunagraphics, Dilk, Offset, N4T4 + special guests.
The Charity Auction took place on the Sunday evening, where all the artworks went under the hammer for charity (Macmillan Cancer Support).
After the auction 'The Charity Shop DJ Human Juke Box' performed, charging 50p to customers wanting to hear their favourite tunes (all profits went to Macmillan Cancer Support).
Over £600 was raised during the evening.
