The fourth edition of Derby Film Festival runs in QUAD from Friday 28th April to Sunday 7th May 2017. The ten-day programme features guests, special events and film previews, selection of new international film-makers, films curated around the theme of Habitat, plus a selection of films by Director David Lynch.
Special events include The Phantom Of The Opera screening with live organ accompaniment at Derby Cathedral, A Tribute to QUAD Patron Sir John Hurt. Derby Film Festival opens with Fantastiq Festival, four days of science fiction, fantasy and horror related events, film screenings and guests.

A Festival Pass, covering all screenings and events for the ten days of the festival, is available priced: £80.
A Weekend Pass, covering all screenings during the festival's second weekend (Friday 5th to Sunday 7th May) is available priced: £50.
A Mayday Movie Pass: covering all screenings on Bank Holiday Monday May 1st, including 8 previews: £20.
