Song For Marion (PG)
Friday 1st March to Thursday 14th March
Terence Stamp plays Arthur, a grumpy old man who is reluctantly inspired by his wife Marion (Vanessa Redgrave) to join her unconventional choir. Alienated from his son James (Christopher Eccleston) Arthur forms a bond with the choir director Elizabeth (Gemma Arterton) and starts to tap his feet to the beat. Amusing and life affirming with a great central performance from Terence Stamp who makes you believe he is a grumpy but doting husband.
The screening on 12th March at 6:15pm will have Descriptive Subtitles.
