Where Do We Go Now? (12A)

Nadine Labaki’s follow up to the delightful Caramel is a wonderful comedy / drama that occasionally breaks out in song. Set in a multicultural village where five Lebanese women try to ease the tensions between the Christians and the Muslims. The amusing lengths the women go to to bring unity to the village get increasingly convoluted as the troubles of the outside world threaten to seep in. The film has swept the world’s festivals winning audience awards almost everywhere it has gone. A real crowd-pleaser.
