Guide to using QUICK TICKET machine

Save time by collecting on-line booked tickets at the QUICK TICKET machine instead of queueing at Box Office.

1) When you book online you will be sent a confirmation e-mail containing a unique code. The code will be made up of the first 2 letters of your surname and then a unique booking reference number.

2) At the Quick Ticket machine (on the ground floor of QUAD), enter the unique code into the touch screen keyboard

3) This will load a screen with your booking details and an instruction 'Press to Print'

4) Press the square box containing the booking details and the tickets will print from the machine
