HR & Payroll Officer


We are looking for an HR & Payroll Officer to help support our team in their day-to-day work.

This role sits within the HR Team, reporting to the HR Manager, working to ensure QUAD fulfils our legal obligations to the people who work here as well as fostering a culture of respect and creativity.

HR are responsible for recruiting the right people, keeping accurate records, supporting people in their jobs, running a monthly payroll and championing QUAD as a vibrant, inspiring and diverse place to work.

The HR & Payroll Officer supports all aspects relating to the policies and systems that enable everyone to work at QUAD.  We are looking for a positive team player who has experience of admin and payroll work, is passionate about being organised and likes to develop processes to make things run smoothly. A problem-solving approach and experience of working accurately with a significant amount of confidential information and data is essential, so we expect high level of discretion and trustworthiness. If you have a genuine interest in developing your knowledge of the HR systems and general practices within the arts/charity sector then we would love to hear from you.

Immediate start date available.

Permanent contract

Part time 20 hours per week, can be worked flexibly.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum pro rata + generous holiday and benefits
