The D-Youth Hub is coming to Derby!
A new exciting place for young D/deaf, Hard of Hearing and children of Deaf parents in Derby and Derbyshire.
Join Action Deafness and partners Derby QUAD and Royal School For The Deaf Derby at QUAD for Photography & Filmmaking sessions for those aged 12-18 years from Monday 22nd April 6pm – 8pm.

Photography
Light Drawing & Youth Photo Challenge
This first session is an information session
13th May Monday, 6-8pm
Filmmaking Shots
Storyboarding and Interviewing. Learning about framing shots, storyboarding and interview techniques.
3rd June Monday, 6-8pm
Camera and Filming
Learning how to use the camera, shooting interviews (with artist Zoe Milner)
17th June Monday, 6-8pm
Filmmaking Editing
Using Adobe Premiere pro to edit and colour correction
1st July Monday, 6-8pm
Social Media & Captioning
Creating social media content and learning to use captioning in Adobe Premiere.
