Support for Artists: Get Funded

Thursday 19th July 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Artists and Curators will share their insights into getting a successful funding bid from ACE, HLF and other community funders. The event will cover how to cost up a project, participation and engagement strategies, and evaluation and documentation. 
Bookable 1-2-1s* will be available for you to discuss your project/concept with a funder or funding writer. Arts Council England will be at the event to share information on their latest funding bids.

*Bookable 1-2-1's will be available on the day on a first come, first served basis. To book a 1-2-1 you must have a project concept summary in writing and printed with you plus a rough budget and timescale.

 We do not expect everyone attending to have a project ready for feedback, thus there will not be 1-2-1s available for everyone on the day. During the 1-2-1 time slots there will also be short workshops on: costing up a project, developing participation and engagement, and evaluation techniques, people taking part in the 1-2-1s will be able to attend some of these depending on their 1-2-1 time slot.

Full schedule will be available to ticket holders, and sent via email prior to the event.
