Part of CrimeTime - the newest strand on The Fringes, Crime Time aims to show the best in classic and contemporary Crime Cinema.

Bond or should that be Bonds! The Original Casino Royale has more Bonds than you can shake a cocktail stick at. David Niven stars as the original James Bond who, after the death of M, is called back out of retirement to stop SMERSH. In order to trick SMERSH and Le Chiffre (Orson Welles) all agents are renamed James Bond. James Bond (aka Evelyn Tremble - Peter Sellars) is sent to take on Le Chiffre in a game of baccarat while the other Bonds get more than they bargained for.

With Ursula Andress, Woody Allen, Deborah Kerr, William Holden, John Huston, Jean-Paul Belmondo, Barbara Bouchet, Jacqueline Bisset, plus the distinctly British trio of Ronnie Corbett, Bernard Cribbins and Geoffrey Bayldon as Q.

The screening on Sunday 15th April at 4:00pm will be introduced by Screenwriter (and Casino Royale enthusiast) Steve Hardy.

This is a Fringes screening. Pick up a Fringes loyalty card from the QUAD box office and collect a stamp each time you see a Fringes film. After five stamps your sixth ticket is free! Screenings from QUAD's strands Crossing The Streams, Fright Club, Satori Screen, Epic! & Fringe Cinema are included in this offer.
