Japanese Touring Festival is back in February

Nine new films from Japan will be screening as part of the Japan Touring Festival at QUAD in February. 
 
One of the film directors will also be flying in from Japan to attend a screening and Q&A in QUAD. Yuki Tanada, director of the film The Cowards Who Look To The Sky, which launches the season, will be attending the screening of her film and taking part in a post screening Q&A. The film follows Anzu, a bored housewife who desperately tries to have a baby to resurrect her dying marriage and please her mother-in-law. Instead she starts an affair with a student. Then her husband finds out…

Tickets are £8.20 or £7.00 concessions, there is also a special weekend ticket price offer to see all nine films for £50 or £45 concessions. All films are in Japanese with English subtitles.
