To coincide with his Virtual Residency with QUAD as part of the Peer to Peer online festival, we present a ‘Meet the Artist’ film with the Hong Kong based artist Hui Wai-Keung. QUAD Senior Curator Peter Bonnell sent a series of questions to Wai-Keung, and you can check out his answers in the accompanying film:

For his online residency with QUAD, the digital media artist and Hong Kong resident Hui Wai-Keung will explore the possibilities of selected images being manipulated and fabricated as if seen through the perception and conception of a machine – or more precisely, Artificial Intelligence.
