“Very stylish! Had substance too” – Joan
9. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (18)
Dir. Quentin Tarantino
“The girls of the Family are terrifying in their representation of the death of hippiedom, and after three hours dutifully re-enacting historical events, the final sequence does something really interesting with concepts of reality and truth. Fully justifies its huge running time.” – Alex

Dir. Ali Abassi
7. Bohemian Rhapsody (12A)
Dir. Brian Singer & Dexter Fletcher
6. Mid90s (15)

5. Us (15)
Dir. Jordan Peele
4. Knives Out (12A)
Dir. Rian Johnson
3. The Favourite (15)
Dir. Yargos Lanthimos

1. Bait (15)
Dir. Mark Jenkin
“It was bleak (always pleasing to me), ambiguous and real. Had me thinking about it for days” – Jane
“a truly unique marvel of a British comedy. The best looking film of the year by an absolute mile“ – Daryn
