See Derby Film Festival Previews on Bank Holiday Monday

QUAD will be open on Bank Holiday Monday 1st May and there is a chance to see exclusive film previews as part of Derby Film Festival. Eight exclusive film previews screening on that day include: 

Fantasticozzi, Documentary about Italian filmmaker and science fiction fan Luigi Cozzi.
After The Storm, Moving Japanese drama about a man's quest to become a meaningful presence in his son’s life.
End Of Days, Inc, An irreverent and witty black comedy charts one final nightshift which might just be helping to bring about the apocalypse!
Lilith’s Awakening, A haunting story of a young woman who embraces her dark side. 
Cage Dive, A white-knuckle take on the found footage thriller, as a trio go cage-diving with sharks
Nails, A terrifying and unnerving debut feature, Dana becomes convinced that a malevolent presence is haunting her hospital room.
Holy Terrors, Adaptation of Welsh writer Arthur Machen's acclaimed stories of the supernatural.

There is also a chance to see the anticipated new documentary David Lynch: An Art Life, an immersive and compelling portrait of celebrated and unpredictable 'Twin Peaks' director.

Other films to see on Monday 1st May include family films The Amazing Mr Blunden and Jurassic Park, horror classic The Devil Rides Out, and Italian cult thriller Cold Eyes Of Fear.

A special one-off Derby Film Festival Mayday Movie pass is available for just £20. The Mayday Movie pass allows access to any of these previews or Derby Film Festival screenings on the day. Please note that as some screenings are taking place concurrently.

A Festival Pass, covering all screenings and events for the ten days of the festival, is available priced: £80. 
A weekend Pass: covering all screenings and events for either the opening Fantastiq weekend (Friday 28th April to Monday 1st May) OR the second weekend (Friday 5th to Sunday 7th May) is available priced: £50.
