After a 10-year hiatus, the ¡Viva! Tour of UK cinemas is back, with the support of the BFI, awarding funds from The National Lottery. ¡Viva! Spanish & Latin American Film Festival brings the best new cinema from Spain and Spanish-speaking Latin America to Manchester every year; in 2019 a curated selection of 7 films from the main festival will screen at venues across the UK in a financially subsidised touring programme. Reflecting HOME’s 2019 theme Celebrating Women in Global Cinema, the touring films will all foreground female creative talent in the roles of director, writer, producer or star.
QUAD screens all seven films from this touring programme between 19 - 21 April. A pass enabling you to see all seven movies costs just £40 (standard) or £35 (concessions and QUAD members) offering a significant saving on individual ticket prices.
