Follow Victor Frankenstein and his creature’s travels from Switzerland to the Arctic, and from Oxford to the Orkney Islands, in this talk which will reveal the importance of Derbyshire to the novel’s plot and to questions of eighteenth-century science and industry. Join Lecturer in English Literature (University of Derby), Dr Amanda Blake Davis, on an exploration of the landscapes of Mary Shelley’s 1818 masterpiece: Frankenstein.
