Location : Derby QUAD

Position :  Duty Manager/Customer Service Assistant - 16 Hour Contract Wednesday to Sunday

Hourly Rate : Duty Manager wage - £14.21ph CSA wage – £12.21

We are looking for a new part-time Duty Manager/Customer Service Assistant to join our team! If you are interested in film, Contemporary art or just creating a welcoming and exciting environment for creatives of all kinds, QUAD might be the place for you!

All necessary training will be provided. Must be available to work late nights and weekends. Applications will close on 31st August.
 

Duties

•    Oversee building operations during Duty Manager shifts
•    Act as designated Fire marshal & First aider for the building during Duty Manager shifts
•    Oversee opening/closing of the building on Duty Manager shifts
•    Help set up rooms/building for any upcoming events/hires
•    Aid Operations Manager in day-to-day tasks as requested
•    Deal with Customer queries and complaints in person and over email/phone
•    When needed, assist in Customer Service Assistant responsibilities: Bar: Serve in our bar as well as all the responsibilities that come with that role. Box office: Sell tickets for our cinema & oversee cinema floor/reception
   
 

Desired Skills

•    Previous Duty Manager/Supervisor experience
•    Previous Bar/Hospitality experience
•    Valid First Aid Certificate (Not required but a plus)
•    Confident in a busy working environment
•    Confident working in, and leading a team
•    Excellent Communication skills
•    Cash Handling
