Dr. O’Keeffe is a Chartered Psychologist based at Buckinghamshire New University. He provides a sceptical voice to various paranormal television shows (e.g. Uncanny, Most Haunted, Ghost Adventurers, Celebrity Ghost Hunt Live, Unexplained: Caught on Camera, etc.) and daytime TV in addition to providing expert input on Applied Psychology. He has been involved in many unusual projects: physiological effects of infrasound (at Royal Festival Hall); ghost investigation of Hampton Court Palace; exorcism ‘training day'; Hostage Negotiation simulations; & lie detecting for the movie Spy Game. Over the past few years he has been working with award-winning writer, broadcaster, Danny Robins, on several highly successful podcasts: The Battersea Poltergeist; The Witch Farm and, more recently, Uncanny (BBC Radio 4, BBC Sounds, BB2).
