Satori Screen presents a rare screening of the martial arts masterpiece that made Jet Li a star in a newly restored 4K version!

During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, heroes emerged to fight against oppression. One such hero, a renowned Kung Fu master, stood up against the emperor’s cruelty but was tragically killed. His young son, is saved by a benevolent monk from Shaolin, he is given refuge and dedicates himself to mastering Kung Fu.

Years pass, and the young man, now a skilled monk, discovers love but must face his father’s killer once again, only to be gravely injured. With the help of allies, he continues his training and prepares for a final confrontation.

This screening will include an introduction from Satori Screen’s Peter Munford.
