TECH:SQUAD are QUAD’s team of technicians, designers and creatives.

Working behind the scenes in QUAD with artists or in other venues, to install exhibitions and explore emerging technology that is innovative and engaging, bringing artwork and performances to life.

Digital development work includes app development, VR, AR, animation, Projection Mapping.

Project work includes project development, technical installs, Gallery And Exhibition Builds, Indoor and Outdoor Event Cinema.

Projects include:

  • Digital Heritage Interpretation at Lichfield Cathedral
  • Large-scale exhibitions install as part of Coventry’s City of Culture 2021 including Coventry Transport Museum and the Herbert.
  • FORMAT International Photography Festival install (2008 to date)
  • TECH:SQUAD also run outdoor cinema screenings across the UK under Summer Nights Film Festival banner or as hires. We are one the one of the longest-running providers with various PA solutions and screen sizes.
