In an exciting new collaboration between QUAD and Green Door Printmaking Studio, the exhibition throughout QUAD’s Extra Gallery spaces presents a variety of print works responding to a memory themed brief.

Green Door Printmaking Studio is a Derby-based open access artist studio dedicated to the art and craft of innovative and environmentally sound printmaking. The members of Green Door were invited to respond to the theme of memory Memories are tentative, uncertain and fragile; they are something we all collect, whether we mean to or not. Using different printmaking processes including etching, drypoint, screen printing and linocut, the artists have all travelled down different avenues exploring this theme.
