Well Dressed: exploring the curious folklore of the Peak District and beyond through performance, art and film.

A rare outing on the big screen for two of M.R. James’ classic stories from the BBC Archive.

A Warning To The Curious – An amateur archeologist travels to a remote seaside town in Norfolk in search of the lost crown of Anglia, but after unearthing it he is haunted by a mysterious figure.

The Ash Tree – An aristocrat inherits his family estate and is haunted by visions of his ancestor’s role in a witchcraft trial.

Festive Frights Talk – Exploring why the ghost story become so synonymous with the festive season, punctuated with classic readings. Hosted by Alex Davis, creator of the UK Ghost Story Festival.
