Anime voice actor Brian Beacock to visit QUAD

QUAD is delighted to announce that celebrated anime voice actor Brian Beacock will be participating in this year’s Japan Fest events on Saturday 13 July 2024, organised in collaboration with Otaku World.

Celebrated for his dynamic voice roles in renowned anime such as Bleach, Naruto, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, and Dragon Ball Super, Brian brings a wealth of experience and behind-the-scenes stories from the heart of the anime world. Brian will share his unique insights and experiences from working on other fan favourites like Blue Exorcist, Bungo Stray Dogs, Durarara!!, Code Geass, Boruto, and Beastars.

Japan Fest Derby has been running at QUAD since 2022 and each year brings a day of Japanese culture to Derby city centre. This year’s event will feature anime film screenings, martial arts demonstrations, Japanese arts and crafts activities, koto and shamisen performances, reiki healing, enka singing, authentic handmade food, kimono dress Up, traders, and much more.

Japan Fest is suitable for all ages and takes place at QUAD on 13 July 2024 from 11am. Tickets are now on sale priced at £20 (standard) and £15 (concessions). A special family pass for 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children is available priced at £50 (via QUAD box office in person or by phone only)
