You may have seen in your inbox this morning an email from QUAD with the subject line “Important information regarding your QUAD booking“. This was sent due to an error in the settings of an automated email that is be sent to anyone booking their child on to a one our forthcoming workshops.
As a result, it was sent to more people than initially intended.
We have now identified where the error was made and rectified it to ensure that this is not repeated.
QUAD apologises for any inconvenience or confusion caused.
