A Guide To Online Booking

QUAD recently launched a new website and ticketing system. It has been brought to our attention that some changes to the online booking process have caused a little bit of confusion to some members who are now unsure how to claim their discounted Members tickets.

Because of this, we thought we would write this quick guide on how membership discounts work on the new QUAD website.

When first arriving on the site please click on My QUAD. This can be found in the top right of the screen on a computer or at the bottom on mobile or tablet.

Log in by entering the email address your membership is tied to and your password then pressing the yellow Login button. You can always reset your password from this page too.

You will be taken to the My Account page. From here you can do various things including checking your order history or when you membership will expire, or inputting debit or credit card details to use for future bookings.

For the purposes of making a booking just click on What’s On and from that page navigate to the film or event you wish to attend. In this example I will be booking to see Indiana Jones & The Dial Of Destiny.

Select the screening time you wish to attend in the Showtimes section in the lower half of the page.

Midweek Treat / Cine Babies / Descriptive Subtitled screenings will be indicated with the relevant letters next to a screening time.

All screenings at QUAD now have reserved seating. Click the seats you wish to book and then the yellow Continue block.

If any of your party qualify as a concession you can enter this on this page before pressing Continue once more.

The next page is a summary of your basket, showing the events you have booked for. At this point any membership discounts you qualify for are applied. In this example you can see the price has dropped from £17.50 (one standard at £10 and one concession at £7.50) to £14.70 (one member at £7.20 and one concession at £7.50)

If you are booking for a screening on a Monday you will see that the price for your tickets has dropped to £5 each to reflect our Member’s Mondays offer.

If you have recently renewed your membership and still have free tickets to use on your account the price will drop to zero!

You can now either press Pay Now to complete the transaction and receive your e-tickets or Back to Main Site to return to the QUAD site and add additional events to your basket.
