Ticket Sales & Website Service Interruption
ADVANCE CUSTOMER NOTICE
TICKET SALES AND WEBSITE SERVICE INFORMATION
QUAD is switching over to a brand new upgraded Box Office system and integrated website.
The installation will take place between Monday 12 – Wednesday 14 June. During this period, we will be unable to take any web bookings and telephone bookings may be limited.
We also anticipate that next week’s listings e-flyer will be sent later in the week than usual as a result.
QUAD will be open as normal on these days, however Box Office will only be open for walk up sales for events on these days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this interruption.
QUAD Staff will be prioritising the smooth running of the switchover, so we may not be able to respond immediately to any customer enquiries during that time.
