In a new ongoing feature of QUAD’s programme, we are exploring some of the best films ever produced through our new strand QUAD Essentials. These are the films that every film publication, critic and film enthusiast will tell you “Oh you must see that!”. Well, now is your chance!
Starting with an eight-week programme, QUAD Essentials presents a film with an introduction detailing its place in cinema history as well as a post-show discussion where you can discuss if it deserves its place among the greats of cinema.
Join Darrell Buxton, film historian, as he hosts this new strand with a range of guest speakers bringing their love and knowledge of these films to QUAD.
